I recognize that participation in the Emergency Ride Home (ERH) program is strictly voluntary, and I hereby release, waive and forever discharge Bay Area Commuter Services, Inc. (BACS) and all local transportation organizations, USF, its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims and demands that I or my representatives have or may have against the aforementioned by reason of any personal injury or damage to property arising from my participation in the ERH program.

Participants must be USF students and at least 18 years of age or older to enroll. BACS reserves the right to refuse or limit participation in this program at any time. This program may be discontinued at any time without notice.
